How Do I Shop Online With Venisons?

From our Home Page you can browse through our collection either from the top menu, or by clicking on the icons below the banner and selecting a category. Please browse our Collection in each category to find your favorite item/s. Double click on the item. You will then be taken to a page to view your selected item. Choose the size/customization/accessories and click on the BUY NOW button to add the item of your choice to your shopping cart. From the shopping Cart Page you can choose to do more shopping or proceed to purchase by clicking on the checkout button. You will be directed to the login page where you will need to login to your account or register yourself or alternatively choose guest checkout to checkout without creating an account. You will be prompted to submit your custom measurements if you have chosen customization for your purchase On the Checkout Page you will have the option to verify/ edit the delivery address and Invoice address for your selected item/s from your shopping cart and choose method of payment. Click on PAY NOW button. This function will take you to our Secure Payment Page.

When will I receive my items after I place an order?

We normally ship your orders within 2-3 working days. However if your order is customised, shipping might take up to 10 days or in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our suppliers. We use reputed express companies like DHL , Royalmail etc. to ship your orders. Your order will reach you through the express companies as per their delivery schedule and depending on the delivery address.

What is the cost of delivery of my order?

We offer Standard and Express Shipping in UK and we ship to over 100 countries all over the world. All International shipping locations are listed as options during checkout. Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and weight of product purchased at 500 gram slabs.

What is the procedure when I receive my purchased items?

Please check if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, and refuse to take delivery of the package, if you believe that the product is not in good condition, or and call our Customer Care +44 (0)208 903 0004 or log on to www.venisons.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest

How do I check my order status?

Go to www.venisons.com. Enter your log in details. Click on the My Account link on the top of the home page. The My Account page will detail the current / previous status of your orders.

What do I do if I receive items that do not match my order

Please Contact Us and we will rectify the error with as little to you inconvenience as possible. You are eligible to 48 hours in which to Contact Us should you receive an incorrect order. Please click here for our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

How do I cancel my order?

If you haven’t yet paid for your order, on the Shopping Cart Page, you have the option to remove item/s you no longer wish to buy. If you haven’t yet paid for your order, on the Checkout Page, you will have the option to cancel your order. If you have already made payment, our Returns and Exchanges Policy will apply.

How do I change my email address/address etc. in my profile?

Go to www.venisons.com. Enter your log in details. Click on the My Account link on the top of the home page. The My Account page has the options to edit your profile information .

Can I purchase an item to gift someone?

Yes,you may choose to either purchase venisons item/s online and have the parcel delivered to your loved one OR you may Purchase a Gift Voucher and have your loved one spoil herself shopping on www.venisons.com.

Why does my online payment fail?

Online payments may fail because your bank card does not support security verification procedure, or because payment has exceeded card limit, or because your bank card may not support online transactions, or various other reasons, When experiencing trouble with making payment, please Contact Us or your card-issuing bank.

What are offline payment options available?

Presently we do not have an offline payment option, however if you really wish to purchase an item from our collection offline you may contact us with your request and we will see how best we could help you.
