Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery options for all orders placed on venisons.com:
United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery: £6.00 (3–5 working days)
- Free Delivery: On all orders over £75
Europe
- Standard Delivery: £20.00 (5–10 working days)
- Free Delivery: On all orders over £100
Rest of World
- Standard Delivery: £30.00 (7–14 working days)
- Free Delivery: On all orders over £100
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
International Orders
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Venisons is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting your parcel. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@venisons.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In-Store Collection
We also offer free in-store collection from any of our four Wembley stores. Simply select “Collect in Store” at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready.
