Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- With all tags and labels still attached
- In the original packaging
We are unable to accept returns on the following:
- Customised or made-to-order items
- Items marked as final sale
- Accessories (jewellery, bindis, etc.) for hygiene reasons
How to Return an Item
- Email us at info@venisons.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a returns authorisation and the return address.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and post them back to us.
- Please use a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the returns process above and place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures the quickest turnaround.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@venisons.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Return Postage Costs
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked postal service for your own protection.
